Jaya Bachchan has become the new target of controversy queen Kangana Ranaut. Kangana has been making news for exposing the dirty realities of the Bollywood industry. She recently claimed that 99% of Bollywood celebrities consume drugs.

Replying to her claims, veteran actor and Samajwadi Party MP Jaya Bachchan said, “Just because of a few people, you cannot tarnish the whole industry.”

She further lashed out by saying, “Jis thaali me khaate hain usi me chched karte hain.”

Jaya Bachchan’s comments didn’t go well with Kangana who replied to her via tweet, “Jaya ji would you say the same thing if in my place it was your daughter Shweta beaten, drugged and molested as a teenage, would you say the same thing if Abhishek complained about bullying and harassment constantly and found hanging one day? Show compassion for us also.”

She continued her rant by quoting late choreographer Saroj Khan’s controversial statement on casting couch. Kangana wrote in a tweet, “Like a famous choreographer once said ‘Rape Kiya To Kya Hua, Roti To Di Na’ is that what you implying? There are no proper HR departments in production houses where women can complain, no safety or insurances for those who risk their lives every day, no 8 hours shift regulations.”

Well, we now have to see how this war of words between the two ladies goes! And whose statement do you support? Do tell us in the comment section below!
