Dunki Teaser: Netizens Shares “Mixed Reactions”, Calls It ‘Zero 2’

On the 58th birthday of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan the makers of film, Dunki drop the first glimpse from the film featuring the first looks of the cast. The drop 1 teaser featured Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, and Vicky Kaushal’s first look in the film. However, the much-anticipated teaser of Rajkumar Hirani’s film, Dunki opened up to “mixed reviews” from the netizens.

While many netizens called the film an upcoming Bollywood blockbuster many others trolled and criticized Shah Rukh Khan’s look in the film and stated that his look resembles his character from his flop film, Zero.

Talking about SRK’s previous blockbuster hits Pathaan and Jawan a user tweeted, “exceptional. Pathaan was a potboiler. Jawaan was an elevation of pathaan. Dunki is the film for the critics. not every film is an action and should be seen with a different lens. films like these wont be made if it was not SRK. so thank him that he is getting you a life story.”

However many other netizens felt that the teaser was not up to the mark for their expectations. A user tweeted, “I’m sorry to say, but #DunkiTeaser doesn’t appear to offer anything special. #SRK reminds me of #Zero, and the “Drop 1, Drop 2” idea is quite disappointing. Unfortunately, this concept has significantly dampened the anticipation for “Jab Hari meets Sajal.”

Another user tweeted, “Honestly, not an impressive teaser, it’s look like Zero 2, but I have big hope from Rajkumar hirani and his style of movies, lets wait and see.”, one wrote, “Mene pehle hi bola tha hirani ki pehli flop loading”.
