Anil Kapoor EXITS ‘Housefull 5’ Due To Fee Issues With Sajid Nadiadwala

Fans were excited when Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar were announced to team up for Housefull 5, promising a comedy extravaganza. However, according to a report by Mid-Day, Anil Kapoor is no longer involved with the film. The report cites disagreements over the actor’s fees between Kapoor and producer Sajid Nadiadwala as the reason for his exit from the project.

Anil Kapoor, a beloved actor with a vast fan base and a distinguished career spanning decades, was set to star in the highly anticipated film Housefull 5, directed by Tarun Mansukhani. However, according to recent reports, Kapoor has exited the project due to a disagreement with producer Sajid Nadiadwala over his fee demands.

The speculations suggest that the Fighter actor’s salary demands were something producer Sajid Nadiadwala was unwilling to meet, ultimately leading to the superstar’s departure from the film.

As a result, Nana Patekar’s role is reportedly being revised since his character was intended to closely interact with Kapoor’s. Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar had previously collaborated in the Welcome franchise. There has been no official comment from Anil Kapoor or the Housefull 5 team regarding these developments.

The film features a star-studded cast including Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Fardeen Khan, and Dharmendra.

Anil Kapoor has been on a successful streak over the past year. He starred in one of last year’s biggest blockbusters, Animal, where he played the role of Ranbir Kapoor’s father. Additionally, he appeared in Fighter, showcasing a compelling character arc.
