Amit Behl Mourns The Demise Of Thespian Dilip Kumar

Indian actor and CINTAA Joint secretary Amit Behl mourns the demise of legendary actor Dilip Kumar.

Bollywood’s legendary actor Dilip Kumar passed away on 7 July and left the entire film industry with a deep void. Actor Amit Behl, who is also the Joint Secretary of Cine and TV Artists Association (CINTAA) offered his condolences in a video message.

He said, “Our beloved thespian, veteran, star forever, Dilip Kumar is no more with us. All of us at CINTAA, had a different connection with him. He’s been part of our Cine Artist Welfare Trust and he led the foundation.”

He further added, “His contribution to the Indian Film Industry has been an inspiration to actors not only in India, but worldwide diaspora. We will miss him terribly, but he lives on with his legacy of cinema, his words of wisdom, his love for poetry. Heartfelt condolences to the entire family especially Saira Ji. All I can is say is that he’s going to be shining in the galaxy of stars.”

Dilip Kumar was laid to rest with full state honors at Juhu Qabrastan at around 5 PM yesterday.
