Bollywood’s most-loved filmmaker Karan Johar turned a year older today and the whole of B-Town is sending him birthday wishes via social media. The ace director is known as the Godfather of several stars in the industry, as he took several star kids under his wings, mentored them, and made them the star they are today. However, there is no doubt that no matter how many star kids Karan might have mentored, he shares a great bond with Alia Bhatt more than with anyone else.
Alia shared a stunning picture with Karan on Instagram and in the caption she sent him lots of hugs and wished him countless moments of love and laughter. Not only that but the Gully Boy actress also referred Karan Johar as her father and family.
Alia wrote, “Happy birthday my friend, father.. my family here’s to many many many more moments of love, laughs, movies and our uncontrollable need to pose for pictures and selfies.”
That is indeed a birthday wish any would ask for and thus we know how much Alia respects Karan and how strong their bond actually is.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt will be next seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-awaited film Gangubai Kathiawadi. The film was slated to release in September of this year but the release date got postponed due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
