Emmy Awards 2025: When & Where To Watch
The Television Academy has confirmed that the ceremony will take place at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, starting at 8 p.m. ET and running for over three hours. This marks the second year in a row that the Emmys are returning to their traditional September schedule, after being postponed to January 2024 due to the Hollywood writers’ and actors’ strikes.
News comes as the TV Academy’s FYC events kicked off Tuesday night with an event for Hulu’s documentary “Last Take: Rust and the Story of Halyna.” On Wednesday are FYC events for HBO’s “The Righteous Gemstones” and Hulu’s “Reasonable Doubt,” followed by HBO’s “House of the Dragon” on Thursday and Hulu’s “Paradise” on Friday.
The live telecast will follow the pre-taped Creative Arts Emmy Awards ceremonies, which will take place on September 6 and 7. Meanwhile, the 2025 Emmy nominations are set to be revealed on July 15, though details about the event’s host and producers are yet to be announced.
