Hollywood star Dwayne Johnson aka ‘The Rock” expressed his views that he feels “numb over the loss” of his dog. On Tuesday, February 25, the 52-year-old actor shared the news of his dog Hobbs’ passing with his fans through an Instagram carousel post, which included numerous images and videos of his time spent with his beloved furry friend over the years.
The mourning post read the caption as, “RIP, Hobbs I’ve been numb over this loss, but we’re so grateful for every ounce of pure love he gave our entire family and we’re so grateful he didn’t suffer long as he quietly and bravely left in the night,” It was not a generic small caption, but comprised of his hearty feelings where Dwayne aka ‘The Rock’ poured in his emotions. He ended his post with another para that read, “Not sure how spirits work but come back and visit every once in a while so we can get in trouble and laugh again.”
The bunch of pictures Johnson shared showed him smiling as he rested his head on the adorable Hobbs. The wholesome video was enough to get everyone emotional. Next, the carousel had a black-and-white photo of Hobbs licking the Moana star’s face and a clip of him playfully biting his hand.
Fans poured in their reactions to Johnson’s dog as a user commented , “He lived in love, that’s what’s important. RIP”. Paying condolences another user wrote, “Rest well and easy Hobbs”. While a different fan wrote, “ Pets are family and losing one is very difficult. Prayers to you and yours”.
