Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff, an actress and the former wife of Baywatch star David Hasselhoff, has tragically passed away at the age of 62. She was found dead in her Los Angeles home on Wednesday, March 5. The Los Angeles Medical Examiner has ruled her death a suicide, caused by a gunshot wound to the head.

Reports indicate that Pamela’s family grew out with concerns after not hearing from her and decided to check on her, as per the reports from TMZ.

David Hasselhoff’s representative shared a statement with PEOPLE, expressing the family’s sorrow. “Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff. We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time, but we kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time.”
