Actress Athiya Shetty and husband KL Rahul have purchased a luxurious new apartment in Mumbai. The apartment costs INR 20 crores and is located in a renowned location like Pali Hills, Bandra. The power couple has paid a registration fees of Rs. 30,000 for this magnificent apartment.
Athiya and Rahul will be staying on the second floor of the 18-storeyed Sandhu Palace building. Reportedly, the apartment measures 3,350 sq. feet. For the same, the coupled paid INR 1.20 crore as a stamp duty on July 15, 2024. Located in one of the renowned areas of Mumbai, KL Rahul and Athiya’s new property is nothing short of an amazing investment. This new acquisition showcases the couple’s rising status in their respective industries.
A day prior the house-registration, the couple was spotted at Koragajja Temple in Mangalore, Karnataka to seek blessings from the deity.
