Hollywood actress Emily Osment has filed for divorce from her husband Jack Anthony just five months after their dreamy wedding. According to court documents, the actress cities irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Emily, best-known for her part in iconic show Hannah Montana and Young Sheldon, officially ended her marriage to Anthony whose real name is Jack Farina.
The couple tied the knot on October 12, 2024 but court records reveal they separated on December 7, 2024 – less than two months later , as reported by TMZ. This means a lot that although they had been married for a short period, things had seemingly fallen apart quickly. Reports also indicate that Emily Osment and Jack Anthony had a prenup, ensuring that financial matters were settled in advance.
While it’s unclear exactly when the two started dating, Emily and Jack got engaged in June 2023. Their wedding was attended by close friends and family including Emily’s brother – actor Haley Joel Osment, who played a special role in the ceremony as a groomsman. Despite their relationship being mostly private, Emily had previously spoken about her happiness in marriage. However, things took a different turn in just a matter of months.
