The Bhaijaan Of Bollywood Salman Khan is back again this Eid with his film, Sikandar! Directed by Ghajini & Holiday fame director A.R. Murugadoss, the venture is helmed by Sajid Nadiadwala’s Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment which also stars a stellar-star cast of actors including Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi, Prateik Smita Patil, Anjini Dhawan & others in significant roles.
But, it seems Salman Bhai’s fans aren’t much happy with the Dabangg Actor as Sikandar hasn’t performed impressively well at the Box Office. Sikandar is garnering mixed reviews mostly on the negative side & according to film fanatics & audiences this is not amongst Salman Khan’s better performances so far.. not even close!
Talking About the action-drama genre Sikandar’s box office collections, the film opened with a number of Rs. 26 Crores on its 1st day of release (30th March, Sunday) & gained a bit on the 2nd day (EID) by minting Rs. 29 Crores (31st March, Monday). According to early estimates by Sacnilk.com, Sikandar has managed to earn approx 19.5 Crores on the 3rd day since its debut at the silver screens. All these figures total upto Rs 74.5 Crores which is way too low for a Salman Khan film that too releasing on Eid!
All Salman Khan fans have raised their demands on social media as they want to see their Bhaijaan Again in full Dabangg, Bajrangi Bhaijaan & Sultan mode back again super-soon!
As per industry trade experts the movie Sikandar might earn upto Rs 175 crores in its lifetime run in Hindi Language (net). The OTT rights of the Salman Khan project is bagged by Netflix which in turn has given good profits to the makers as always!
