'Manorathangal,' a nine-part anthology series featuring top stars like Mammootty, Mohanlal, and Fahadh Faasil, celebrates MT Vasudevan Nair's legacy.

From delivering exceptional movies that captivate audiences with their realism, the Malayalam film industry has gradually shifted to creating web series too and seamlessly gain universal appeal. Now, they present an extravagant web series titled ‘Manorathangal’, an anthology featuring nine distinctive episodes designed to thrill viewers.

The series brings together senior legendary actors such as Mammootty, Mohanlal, and Nedumudi Venu, along with stars like Indrajith Sukumaran, Biju Menon, and Fahadh Faasil, as well as young talents Asif Ali, Aparna Balamurali, and Parvathy Thiruvothu. Almost all major actors from the industry are part of this project, aiming to deliver an impeccable cinematic experience through nine intriguing stories crafted by eight legendary filmmakers.

The series pays tribute to the contemporary legendary writer MT Vasudevan Nair and his most iconic stories, celebrating his 90-year literary legacy with top South Indian talent.

The industry’s dedication to creating cinematic excellence is commendable and their giant collaboration always promises to create magic on screen.

The trailer for ‘Manorathangal’, a nine-part Malayalam-language anthology series, was recently introduced by Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan. Each story delves into the interplay between noble and primal human impulses. The series is set to premiere on ZEE5 on August 15, 2024, and excitement is building as it will not only be released in Malayalam but also dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu, marking its power to transcend borders.
