Samantha Ruth Prabhu To Join “Politics” After Acting Break?
South actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who is currently on a break, might join politics after her acting break. As per a News18 report, the Kushi actress had lately been showing support to the Telangana farmers. Time and again the actress had shown her support for the people of Telangana on several occasions.
The report also confirmed that the actress intends to engage in campaign activities on behalf of Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS). However, no official confirmation is made by the actress or her team on this matter yet.
On the other hand, Samantha was seen with actor Vijay Deverakonda in their recently released romantic-comedy film, “Kushi”. The film opened up to positive reviews and is performing fairly well at the box office. Apart from Kushi Samantha will next be seen alongside Varun Dhawan in Amazon Prime Video series Citadel.
Samantha’s Acting Break Due To Myositis
In 2022, Samantha Ruth Prabhu was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Myositis. The actress announced to take a one-year break from acting after being diagnosed with Myositis. Talking about her rare autoimmune disease in one of her interviews, Samantha said that it was probably the worst thing that can happen to an actor. While her break seems to be coming to an end now, the actress will hopefully continue with her upcoming films.
