Devara actor Jr NTR who jetted off to Japan and spent a whole week celebrating the New Year with his wife Pranathi and his two sons Abhay and Bhargav, has now finally returned back to his home after the massive earthquake hit Japan on 1 January leaving several dead and many wounded.
Sharing that he had safely landed back in India, Devara actor Jr NTR took to Twitter and wrote, “Back home today from Japan and deeply shocked by the earthquakes hitting. Spent the entire last week there, and my heart goes out to everyone affected. Grateful for the resilience of the people and hoping for a swift recovery. Stay strong, Japan”.
Reacting to his post, many fans of the actor expressed their relief over the actor’s safe return to India. A user wrote, “Thank God You are safe home @tarak9999 anna Our prayers with those who are effected Stay Strong Japan”, another tweeted, “Good that you came back on time”.
Japan Earthquake 2024
For the unversed, a powerful earthquake struck central Japan, killing several people, and destroying buildings. As per the reports, the earthquake with a magnitude of 7.6 triggered waves following which the authorities generated an alert asking the citizens to evacuate coastal areas soon.
Jr NTR’s Upcoming Movies
Meanwhile, on the work front, Jr NTR who was last seen in RRR, will be next seen in Koratala Siva’s film, Devara. The film will be released in two parts. The first part of the film will be released in April 2024. Apart from Jr NTR the film also stars Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. The first teaser of Devara is scheduled to be released on 8th January 2024.
