Mr. Bachchan Surpasses ‘Double iSmart’ & ‘Thangalaan’ In IMDb Ratings

On August 15, three highly anticipated Tamil and Telugu films—Mr. Bachchan, Double iSmart, and Thangalaan were released. While Thangalaan garnered widespread acclaim from both critics and audiences, Sanjay Dutt’s Double iSmart and Ravi Teja’s Mr. Bachchan faced negative feedback from moviegoers. Surprisingly, despite the poor reviews, Ravi Teja’s Mr. Bachchan secured an unexpectedly high IMDb rating, surpassing both Vikram’s Thangalaan and Ram Pothineni’s Double iSmart.

Despite receiving glowing reviews from both critics and audiences, Vikram’s Thangalaan only managed to earn a 7.6/10 rating on IMDb. Meanwhile, Sanjay Dutt and Ram Pothineni’s Double iSmart fared even worse, with a surprisingly low IMDb rating of just 4.3/10. However, the most unexpected twist is that Ravi Teja’s Mr. Bachchan, despite its poor reception, has surpassed both Double iSmart and Thangalaan in IMDb ratings, boasting an impressive 9.3/10.
