In response to inquiries, Ankit Gupta informed Pinkvilla that he opted out of participating in Khatron Ke Khiladi to focus on his upcoming project. When questioned about his potential involvement in Khatron Ke Khiladi, Ankit stated, “I had a meeting with them but the same time around I got the show as well. As an actor, I got a little greedy as I wanted to act. Khatron is there for another few years.” He indicated that he still has opportunities to join the reality show in future seasons, but the chance to engage in the daily soap may not be available.
