The 21st century K-pop musical legends and icons BTS have decided before wrapping up their celebrations to gift a brand new song to their ARMY.

On 14th June, BTS officially has announced that they are going to release a physical CD for their latest summer banger hit Butter on 9th July which is the eighth official birthday of when the global BTS ARMY was actually formed and cherry on top of cake is that the CD is also going to have a brand new unreleased song.

According to the official announcement on the Korean microblogging site Weverse, “The CD will include a new track that will make your heart beat to the rhythm of BTS’s positive energy” and also according to image included in the teaser announcement we can clearly see that this CD is going to come in two color versions which is yellow (read as cream) and orange (read as peaches) and maybe it could be a subtle or indirect hint about their new song Peaches and Cream or maybe it’s just a reference to their leader RM (Kim Namjoon)’s line in the song Blood, Sweat and Tears.

This announcement comes in shortly after a well renowned Korean news outlet had reported that maybe the global icons BTS are all set for making their comeback on 9th July and also according to the globally prominent Korean news portal, BigHit Music’s officially shared statement addressing the rumors read, “We will reveal our artists’ plans after they are finalized”.

This is important to know that the ‘Butter’ physical CD is going to be the first physical music release from the global icons BTS since the septet’s 2020 album BE, which was the Korean group’s fifth Korean language full length studio album followed by BTS dropping the deluxe edition of BE on 20th November 2020 and then releasing more essential versions several months later on 19th February 2021. The album included songs like Dynamite, Life Goes On which also catapulted BTS on Billboard’s top album sales charts more than once.
