Bollywood actress Vidya Balan is known for her outspoken nature in the industry and never hesitates to express her feelings to her fans. During a recent interaction on Ranveer Allahbadia’s podcast while promoting her upcoming film “Neeyat,” the actress openly discussed her relationship with her husband Siddharth Roy Kapur.
She revealed that their relationship started as something fun and described it as “lust at first sight.” Vidya further shared that she had never envisioned herself getting married initially, stating, “Actually, I’ve never wanted to be married, I have to be honest with you. I never saw myself as someone who could get married. I wanted to be with someone, but I never saw myself getting married. But at a certain age, Parineeta happened when I was 26, and by 30, I’d seen a lot of success, and I wanted to share it with someone.”She continued by mentioning that their connection began primarily on a physical level, but it later evolved. Vidya expressed, “He was the most handsome man I know, but I was attracted to the fact that he is secure. He is more secure than any man I know. I have seen my father, and he is also very secure, so a woman looks for your parents in your partner. He is very private but very authentic, there is no facade. He is not fake.”Vidya Balan and Siddharth Roy Kapur tied the knot in Mumbai on June 14, 2012. Before getting married, the couple had dated for some time.
