Tulsi Kumar’s recently released song ‘Tanhaai’ has gone viral within a day of its release. Apart from giving her voice, Tulsi also stars in the video along with Zain Imam. Penned by Sayeed Quadri, composed by talented music duo Sachet-Parampara, the song is about rising up and out of loneliness that we often find ourselves in.
The song has crossed 15 million views in a day of its release. In a recent interview, Tulsi Kumar said, “Tanhaai is a very special song for me. I have done a single after a long time. I have sung it and have also featured in the video, so I am more attached to this song. I am happy that people are liking the song.”
Talking about the song, she said, “It is of rock pop genre, but at the same time, the lyrics are very soulful. It is a youth-oriented song.”
Tulsi says that she has sung many songs for Bollywood movies and is now focuing on independent music.
The singer revealed that the song was shot after the lockdown and the process of shooting has drastically changed post Coronavirus. She said that people now take extra precuations on sets.
