It was only a few days ago, that the ace actor Varun Dhawan, legendary stellar B town actress Neetu Kapoor and film director Raj Mehta had been tested corona virus positive whilst shooting their upcoming film which is being produced by noted film maker Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions banner titled Jug Jugg Jeeyo and because of which the entire shooting was brought to a halt. Now latest update in the same is that, post Varun and Neetu, Kriti tests COVID 19 positive.
This news is not really surprising anymore for the fans and cinema connoisseurs given the fact that the deadly disease is still there in India and has not lessened its intensity instead its growing more day by day so much that even the B town actors who have started shooting for their films are getting tested positive and the happening scoop of the day is that post Varun and Neetu, Kriti tests COVID 19 positive.
This news has been officially confirmed by a leading Indian entertainment magazine. It stated that the stellar actress had been shooting for her upcoming movie with Newton (2017) fame ace performer Rajkummar Rao in Chandigarh and she has just recently wrapped up the shooting schedule of her film and returned to Mumbai. She also shared about the same on her Instagram story with a caption on the picture that read, “And its a wrap for me.. Bye bye Chandigarh Excited to get back home”.
A source who is close to the actress informed the magazine today that the actress has been tested as COVID 19 positive but there is no update on how she is doing right now.
Meanwhile, as Kriti Sanon returned to Mumbai on Sunday, she was seen with her face mask on at the airport. She was being snapped by the paparazzi present there who humbly tried requesting the actress to remove her mask for the pictures but Kriti straight away denying them for the same said, “Absolutely, no”.
On the work front, Kriti Sanon will be seen in Mimi next, alongside Sai Tamhankar and Pankaj Tripathi. She will also be seen sharing screen space will Rajkummar Rao in Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock films banner’s Hum Do Humare Do, which went on floors for shooting in October 2020 this year. It also has an ensemble star cast of Aparshakti Khurana, Paresh Rawal Ratna Pathak Shah, and Saanand Verma.
