Men’s Cricket World Cup Affecting Tiger 3 Box Office Collection

Its graph kept going well and within two days it crossed the Rs. 100 crore mark.  But on the 4th day, the Tiger 3 box office collection dropped. It was half of the previous day's collection.

Tiger 3 is the biggest opening movie in the entire career of  Salman Khan. Tiger 3 collected over Rs. 14 crore through advanced bookings and on November 12 when it was released, it earned Rs. 44 crore at the box office. Its graph kept going well and within two days it crossed the Rs. 100 crore mark.  But on the 4th day, the Tiger 3 box office collection dropped. It was half of the previous day’s collection and the main reason behind this is the Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.

On 15th November, there was the semi-final match of the World Cup between India and New Zealand. There is a huge popularity of cricket in India than any other game. Since the first match, Indian players have put everything in the match to make India win and, indeed, India has played really well and became the first team to enter the semi-final. On 15th November, the viewership for the India Vs New Zealand match was nearly 5.4 crore. This made a major downfall for the Tiger 3 collection.

Till date, Tiger 3 has earned Rs. 271 crore globally. But there are chances that its domestic count may fall in the upcoming days and will affect it largely on this Sunday, November 19.

As Indian players showed their strength in the semi-final match, and now the team is ready to play the Finals of the Cricket World Cup on the home ground. On November 19, there will be a World Cup Final between India Vs Australia and it is going to affect Tiger 3 box office collection for sure.
