Rajkumar Hirani’s much-awaited and highly-anticipated film, Dunki was released in theatres on 21 December, 2023. Starring Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, and Vicky Kaushal, Dunki has reportedly crossed the 100cr mark in India and the 200cr mark globally at the box office.

Shah Rukh Khan starrer Dunki secured an opening worth 30cr at the box office on Thursday. The film saw a dip on Friday due to its box-office clash with Salaar. However, Dunki saw growth during the weekend. As per sacnilk, Dunki earned approx. ₹ 25.61 Cr on Saturday and ₹ 31.50 Cr on Sunday.
Dunki now stands at a domestic total of approx, ₹ 106.43 Cr. Dunki’s worldwide box office collections stand at a total of an estimated Rs 215 crore. Within just four days the film has crossed the 100cr mark at the domestic box office and the 200cr mark globally. Dunki is expected to see further growth on Monday which also marks the festive season, Christmas.
Although Dunki had a box office opening lower than SRK’s previous films, Jawan (75cr) and Pathaan (106cr), the film still managed to beat 2023 releases like still managed to score better than films like Sam Bahadur (Rs 6.25 crores), Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan (Rs 15.81 crore), Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani (Rs 11.1 crore), and Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar (Rs 15.73 crore) among others.
