Chak De India fame Tanya Abrol aka Balbir Kaur recently got married to her beau Aashish Verma. Many of her Chak De co-stars were seen on her wedding day. The actress has also been seen in many movies like Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui.
Seema Azmi, who starred as Rani Dispotta in the film, shared glimpses from Tanya Abrol’s wedding festivities. “Tanya ki haldi…,” she captioned this video.

Meanwhile, Tanya Abrol shared a photo with her husband Aashish Verma, and wrote: “Introducing Mr. and Mrs… (Just like a smart girl said before the upcoming wedding photos begin) Thank you for the amazing moments,” Tanya wrote in the post.

In the sports drama Chak De! India, Shah Rukh Khan Coaches Underdog Women’s Ice Hockey Team To World Cup Victory. The main roles were played by Vidya Malavade, Sagarika Ghatge, Shilpa Shukla, Tanya Abrol, Chitrashi Rawat, Shubhi Mehta, Anaitha Nair, Arya Menon, Kimi Laldawla, Masochon Zimik, Sandia Furtado, Nichola Sequeira, Kimberly Miranda, Seema Azmi, Raynia Mascerhanas and Nisha Nair as members of the women’s ice hockey team.
Director Shimit Amin, Chak De! India won the National Award. It is considered to be one of the most famous sports films in Bollywood. The film was a box office success and was equally adept at impressing critics. Recently another actress from the Chak De India troop Chitrashi Rawat, who played the role of Komal Chautala in Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Chak De India’ in 2007, got married today. She got married to actor Dhruvaditya Bhagwanani at a marriage palace in Bilaspur this month.
