12th Fail actor Vikrant Massey is set to come up with more new ventures after the massive hit of Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s 12th Fail. Recently he shared a trailer of his upcoming film on his social media account. After a biographical drama, the actor is set to entertain his beloved audience through a comedy-thriller ‘Blackout’. The makers dropped the trailer on May 30. The film united a huge ensemble cast together on one screen, including Vikrant Massey, Sunil Grover, Mouni Roy, Jisshu Sengupta, Chhaya Kadam, Prasad Oak etc.
The 2 minutes 40 second trailer shows the insane story of a road journey. It’s not a normal road trip with friends. It has thrill, comedy, suspense and many more. Characters have hilarious tuning within themselves. It shows Vikrant Massey’s car meeting with an accident with another vehicle. But the accident turns out to be a fortunate thing for him as he finds plenty of gold and gold jewelry inside it. He starts his journey, taking that huge wealth with himself and then many others, including Sunil Grover and Mouni Roy join him on his way. How the police find him, what melodrama they create etc. is interesting to watch. Within this movie, the actor Vikrant and the director Devang Bhavsar mark their first ever dark comedy venture. There are glimpses of Chhaya Kadam with her powerful character and a prominent part of the film.
The film revolves around this one sentence, “Ek normal Safar ko Suffer banana koi inse (humse) sikhe.” The film is produced by Jyoti Deshpande & Niraj Kothari under the banner of 11:11 Productions and will hit the theatres on 7th June.
