Avneet Kaur finally revealed her surprise after stretching the curiosity of her huge fan following. Taking to her Instagram, she announced her first international project alongside Shantanu Maheshwari. ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’ actress will soon hit the screen through her new movie ‘Love In Vietnam’, which marks the first collaboration between India and Vietnam.
Avneet posted the poster of the movie on her Instagram account and captioned it, “Proud to launch the first look of ‘#LoveInVietnam’ at Cannes! This is the first India-Vietnam collaboration and I couldn’t be happier sharing this with you’ll! Written & Directed by Rahhat Shah Kazmi Produced by Omung Kumar, Rahhat Shah Kazmi, Captain Rahul Bali, Abhishek Ankur! Co produced by Tariq Khan, Zeba Sajid, Samten Hills and Associate Producer Vikas Sharma.” Shantanu also shared two different posters of the movie and wrote, “Thrilled to unveil the first look of our film #LoveInVietnam at Cannes! I’m excited to finally be able to share this, our groundbreaking India-Vietnam collaboration! More exciting things are on the way!”
The team got the chance to unveil its first look poster at the ongoing global attraction Cannes Film Festival. The film also features Vietnamese actress Kha Ngan. Love In Vietnam is directed by Rahhat Shah Kazmi who is known for movies like ‘Country of Blind’ and ‘Lihaaf’.
Two days ago, Avneet posted a story on her Instagram, saying, “What’s Cooking? Stay tuned. Big surprise coming soon!” and since then, fans have been guessing what it could be. But no one could imagine that Avneet would announce her international debut. The film is based on the book ‘Madonna In A Fur Coat’ written by Sabahattin Ali. The makers haven’t updated more about the film and release date.
