On Vinod Khanna’s birth anniversary, we bring to you an unseen clip of the legendary actor. It dates back to the year 1991 when Vinod Khanna and the crew of the film ‘Dharam’ headed to a village in Maharashtra to shoot the film.
Alongside Vinod Khanna was Shilpa Shirodkar, Pran and Danny Denzongpa. The team of Lehren captured a few glimpses of the shooting and talked with the cast and crew on the set.
Sadly, the film was shelved for unknown reasons and we never got to see this film in theatres.
Actor Vinod Khanna was born on 6 October 1946. He made his film debut in 1968 and gave several superhit films in his remarkable career. This includes The Buring Train, Amar Akbar Anthony, Chandni, Kuchhe Dhaage, Jurm, and many others. He passed away on 27 April 2017.
He was awarded India’s highest award in cinema, Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 2018.
