After delilvering superhit blockbuster in Geetha Govindam (2018), Vijay Deverakonda is once set to reunite second time with Geetha Govindam’s director Parasuram Petla.
The yet-to-be-titled film is bankrolled by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateshwara Cinemas. And the production house made an official announcement about the director and actor’s second collaboration on social media.

Details regarding the cast and crew of the film are not revealed by the makers yet. It will be interesting to see if the makers once again choose Rashmika Mandanna as a female lead. Vijay and Rashmika are undoubtedly one of the most loved onscreen couples in Telugu film industry. With their sizzling chemistry and captivating on screen-presence in both Geetha Govindam (2018) and Dear Comrade (2019), the duo has left their fans mesmerised. So it won’t be too surprising if the makers once again choose Vijay and Rashmika as a lead pair.
Vijay Deverakonda’s last film Liger (2022), which also marked his debut in Bollywood, was a huge box office disaster. But it seems Vijay has decided to move on from his previous disaster and has already teamed up with Samantha Ruth Prabhu for Shiva Nirvana’s Kushi movie and shooting of this movie will resume soon.
Vijay Deverakonda also has another interesting film lined up with director Gautam Tinnanuri, where he will be seen essaying the role of a police officer.
