Manamey

“Manamey” marks Sriram’s next project following the 2022 film “Hero”. The film stars Vennela Kishore, Seerat Kapoor, Sharwanand, Krithi Shetty and Ayesha Khan. The Telugu movie will be released on June 7.

Satyabhama

On June 7, Kajal Aggarwal leads the serial killer thriller “Satyabhama” as a determined cop. With high stakes and intense action, the film marks her strong comeback in a leading role. Directed by Suman Chikkala, it also features Naveen Chandra, Prakash Raj, Ravi Varma, and Harshvardhan.

Double iSmart

Reuniting Puri Jagannadh and Ram Pothineni, “Double iSmart” is a sci-fi action sequel to “iSmart Shankar,” promising even more eccentricity. Set for release on June 14, the trailer hints at amplified commercial appeal. Starring Sanjay Dutt and Kavya Thapar, the film is written and produced by Puri Jagannadh.

Kalki 2898 AD

Director Nag Ashwin’s “Kalki 2898-AD” is highly anticipated, featuring Prabhas alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan as the antagonist. Set in a post-apocalyptic world, the film is expected to hit the theatres on June 27.

Tamil Films Releasing In June 2024

Anjaamai

SP Subburaman’s “Anjaamai” is a poignant tale of a father and a lawyer battling for the abolition of NEET exams. Starring Vidaarth and Vani Bhojan, the film’s impactful trailer was unveiled on May 28. Produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, the film is expected to release on June 7.

Maharaja

Vijay Sethupathi’s highly anticipated 50th film, “Maharaja,” directed by Nithilan Swaminathan, is set to release on June 13. The Tamil flick also stars Anurag Kashyap, Mamta Mohandas, and Natarajan Subramaniam. Last September, the first-look poster was unveiled, depicting Sethupathi seated on a barber’s chair, covered in blood, and holding a sickle.

Weapon

Directed by Guhan Senniappan, “Weapon” is a Tamil action comedy starring Vasanth Ravi and Sathyaraj, slated for a theatrical release on June 23, 2024.

Haraa

“Haraa,” a Tamil action film directed by Vijay Sri G, marks Mohan’s return to the lead role after a 14-year hiatus. Alongside Mohan, the film features Anumol and Yogi Babu in significant roles. It is set to hit theaters on June 7, 2024.

Grrr

Starring Kunchako Boban and Suraj Venjaramoodu, “Grrr” promises a hilarious ride. Directed by Jay K, the Malayalam film is set for release on June 14. The film stars Kunchako Boban and Suraj Venjaramoodu in the lead roles.

Little Hearts

Little Hearts is a Malayalam romantic comedy-drama, directed by Aby Treesa Paul and Anto Jose Pereira. The movie features Shane Nigam and Mahima Nambiar in the lead roles. The Malayalam film is set to release on 7 June.

Nadanna Sambavam

Nadanna Sambavam is an upcoming Malayalam movie directed by Vishnu Narayanan. The film will feature The movie stars Biju Menon Suraj Venjaramoodu, Shruti Ramachandran, Johny Antony, and Lijomol Jose in the lead roles. The film will hit the theatres on 29 Jun 2024.
