The horror comedy of this year, ‘Munjya’ dropped its trailer today, giving enthralling insights into the movie. Sharvari and Abhay Verma starrer this movie is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, who has directed many Marathi films and Hindi films as well, and the movie is made under the banner of Maddock Films. After the release of its teaser, it ignited the curiosity amongst audiences regarding its story and finally, the two minutes 18 seconds of trailer keeps audiences engaged till the end.
As the trailer says, Munjya is the ghost of a teenage boy who died but wanted to marry a girl named Munni. As his last wish remains incomplete, he stays on the tree under which he died & waits for his descendant so that he can complete his last wish through him. Abhay Verma played the character of that descendant of whom Munjya follows. Then there are quick blinks of how Munjya attempts to complete his wish through Abhay and how no one else can see Munjya. There are some scenes related to black magic. At the peak point, everything becomes difficult and whatever seemed funny earlier, becomes a threat to Abhay’s life.
Mona Singh portrayed the character of Abhay Verma and Sharvari played his love interest. Sathyaraj played the role of Tantrik. Suhas Joshi is also seen in a prominent role in the movie. The background voice of the trailer also contributed to make it more riveting, which is given by Sharad Kelkar. This hilarious yet horror movie Munjya will be released on 7th June and will be full of entertainment.
