Anil Kapoor Finally Breaks Silence On Feud With Brother Boney Kapoor

Anil Kapoor has finally addressed his long rumored "disagreement" and alleged "rift" with brother Boney Kapoor.

Anil Kapoor has addressed the speculation surrounding his reported disagreement with filmmaker-brother Boney Kapoor over not being cast in No Entry 2. During a recent interaction with the media at the Bigg Boss OTT 3 press conference, the veteran actor chose not to delve into the matter, stating it was a “family issue” that he preferred not to discuss publicly.

“Ghar ki baat hai, ghar mein rehne do. Use kya discuss karna (It’s a personal matter, why should we discuss it)?” Anil Kapoor told DNA. Regarding Boney’s statement, the actor further commented, “Haan toh koi nahi. Aage badho (It’s okay. We should move on).”

Despite further questioning about the alleged rift, Anil Kapoor reiterated, “Dekho ghar ki baat ko kya discuss karna (Look, what is there to discuss about family matters). And, he (Boney) is never wrong.”

Boney Kapoor-Anil Kapoor’s Rift

Earlier this year, headlines circulated about a rift between Anil Kapoor and Boney Kapoor, sparked by Anil’s absence from the cast announcement of No Entry 2. The original No Entry featured Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Esha Deol, Lara Dutta, Bipasha Basu, and Celina Jaitly. However, Anil Kapoor will not be part of the sequel, which will instead feature Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Arjun Kapoor.

Boney Kapoor later disclosed that Anil Kapoor expressed interest in joining the sequel but unfortunately, there was no room for him in the cast. He mentioned that Anil became upset after the cast list for No Entry 2 was leaked prematurely, leading to a rift between them.
