Last year Farhan Akhtar announced his next film titled Jee Le Zaraa. The makers have roped in three powerhouse actresses namely Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif, and Alia Bhatt. Ever since the movie was announced fans are waiting to see the trio together on screen. So far very less information has been received hence the project became doubtful for the audience. One of the lead stars of the film, Alia Bhatt shared an update.
Jee Le Zara is the third road trip directorial by Farhan Akhtar after Dil Chahta Hai and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. In both the previous films it’s boys who go on the road trip but this time three girls will take the car out. The Internet went gaga after knowing the A-lister actresses will go on the road trip.
However, there were news surrounding the film if it is happening or not Alia Bhatt shared an update. She said: “It’s happening! We will go on floors next year. Of course, we cannot go on the floor this year (Indicating her pregnancy). We ain’t letting that film go. We are fighting for it and we are all too excited about it. It’s going to be quite massive and we can’t wait.”
The travel drama is expected to be the biggest promising film featuring topmost actresses of Bollywood. The movie is helmed by Bollywood’s ace filmmaker Farhan Akhtar. Written by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti the film is produced under the banners of Excel Entertainment.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt is busy promoting her maiden production film Darlings. She produced her first film in collaboration with Red Chilies Entertainment for Netflix. She is also gearing up for the release of the upcoming film Brahmastra with Ranbir Kapoor. Alia is also entering Hollywood and has completed shooting for Heart of Stone with Gal Gadot.
