ManameyBoxOffice: Directed by Sriram Adittya, Telugu romantic family drama “Manamey” was finally released in the theatres on 7 June. Starring Sharwanand and Krithi Shetty in the lead roles, the film opened up to positive reviews from the critics and the public, however, despite the positive reception the Telugu film registered an “average” opening at the box office.

As per Sacnilk.com, Sharwanand and Krithi Shetty starrer Telugu romantic family drama “Manamey” earned approx. ₹ 2.00 Cr on its opening day. The Telugu film faced tough competition with Kajal Aggarwal’s film, “Satyabhama” and the Bollywood film, “Munjya” which were also released on the same day.

However, the Telugu film, “Manamey” is expected to see growth during the upcoming weekend (Saturday-Sunday), if all goes well the film can cross the 5Cr mark by the end of the weekend.

The plot centers on a charming man played by Sharwanand. His life changes unexpectedly when a young boy, portrayed by Vikram Aditya, enters his life. Though initially disruptive, the boy gradually becomes an integral part of their lives, leading to touching and heartwarming moments. The movie beautifully delves into themes of love, family, and personal development.
Made on an estimated budget of approx. 40Cr, the film stars Krithi Shetty, Sharwanand, Vikram Aditya, Seerat Kapoor, Ayesha Khan, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Rahul Ravindran, and Shiva.
