Ponniyin Selvan Box Office Collection: Mani Ratnam’s film PS 1 is unstoppable at the box office. Within 11 days of its release, the film has earned magnificent numbers at the box office and has now gone past the 350crore mark with its worldwide collection. Roaring at the box office, Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus has now emerged as another biggest blockbuster of the year. The film has now defeated Ayan Mukerji’s film Brahmastra to become the 3 biggest blockbuster hit of the year. Here’s how much the film collected so far-

Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus has now completed two whole weeks at the theatres and has now emerged as one of the highest-grossing films in Tamil Nadu. The multi-starrer film opened up to great numbers at the box office on its opening day. On Day 1, PS 1 earned Rs 78 crore globally. On the second day, the film crossed Rs 150 crore earning worldwide. On the first weekend, PS 1 reached a collection of Rs 230 crores.

While as per the latest trade reports it is now believed that the film is now inching closer to cross the 500 crore mark with its worldwide collection. The current worldwide collection of the film stands at a total of 467 crores. The film will soon cross the 250cr mark with its domestic collections and 500 cr mark with its worldwide collection.
