Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Leo is one of the much-awaited and highly-anticipated Tamil action thriller films of the year. Featuring Thalapathy Vijay alongside Sanjay Dutt and Trisha Krishnan the film was released in theatres today on 19th October. And after entering the 400cr club globally the film has now crossed the 200cr club with its domestic collection and is inching closer to 250cr mark.

Lokesh Kanagraj’s directorial “Leo” registered one of the biggest openings of the year. The film opened at a total of a massive ₹145 crore with its worldwide collection. As per Sacnilk.com, the film raked approx. 36cr on Friday, ₹ 39.8 Cr on Saturday, ₹ 41.50 Cr on Sunday approx, 35cr on Monday, and around ₹ 31.50 Cr on Tuesday. The film now stands at a domestic total of approx. ₹ 248.60 Cr.
On the other hand, before crossing the 200cr mark in India the Tamil film, Leo had crossed the 400cr mark with its worldwide box office collection. Leo was ranked the 3 number on the Comscore global box office chart. Leo collected a total of approximately $48.542M (INR 403 Cr+) worldwide collection till Sunday. The film is also breaking records at the international box office beating all-time highest-grosser like “Pathaan”, “Jawan”, “Jailer” and others.
