TurboBoxOffice: Directed by Vysakh, the highly anticipated Malayalam action-comedy film, “Turbo,” hit theaters on May 23, 2024. It received a mix of positive and average reviews upon its release but managed to secure a strong opening at the box office. After surpassing the 35cr mark globally at the box office through the weekend, the Malayalam film saw a massive drop on day 5, however the film still passed the Monday test.

Mammootty’s Malayalam film Turbo opened strongly with ₹6.25 Cr, becoming one of the biggest Malayalam openers of 2024. It dropped to ₹3.7 Cr on Friday but showed slight growth over the weekend, earning ₹4.05 Cr on Saturday and ₹4.65 Cr on Sunday. However, after witnessing little growth over the weekend, the film witnessed a huge drop on Monday.
As per the portal, the Malayalam film earned ₹ 2.40 Cr on Monday. The domestic total of the film now stands at approx. ₹ 20.75 Cr. Meanwhile, the film has already surpassed the 35 Cr mark at the worldwide box office.
