Meanwhile, Netflix India has announced its next series titled, Taj Mahal 1989. Netflix India will release the series on its platform on Valentine’s Day. Netflix India’s Instagram shared this news by writing, “We borrowed a time machine to live some good old romance. #TajMahal.”
The story of Taj Mahal 1989 will be based in Lucknow. It will be a love story of professors at Lucknow University, their students, a long-lost friend, his lover, and a schoolgirl in love with an older boy. The series concept is new and seems to be a tribute to love in all its unadulterated forms.
The series will feature Neeraj Kabi and Geetanjali Kulkarni as the main leads. Apart from them, Danish Hussain, Sheeba Chaddha, Anud Singh Dhaka, Anshul Chauhan, Paras Priyadarshan, Shiri Sewani, Mihir Ahuja, and Vasundhara Singh Rajput will also be playing some pivotal roles.
14th February is the release date of Taj Mahal 1989 on Netflix. Keeping aside the hype for Taj Mahal 1989, the Netflix audience is all eager to watch the second installment of ‘To All The Boys I Loved Before’ starring Noah Centineo and Lana Condor. It is all set to release on 12th February 2020.
