Bollywood stars Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina are set to hit the mark on the big screens, with their upcoming film Jigra. As the release date comes ahead, the entire cast of the film is busy promoting and spreading the word on the film. Alia, who is performing Vedang Raina’s elder sister in the film is very excited for the outcome, as it is also the first ever film she has co-produced alongside Karan Johar. The film which was earlier just a Hindi cinema release, is now releasing in two languages, Telugu and Hindi. The regional-release anouncement was not enough as the team decided to enlighten the fans with something bigger. South film industry’s superstar Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be joining Alia Bhatt for the Telugu pre-release of the film.

Samantha was recently in the headline due to the regional minister Konda-Surekha’s ill comments passed on her divorce with ex-husband Naga Chaitanya Akkineni. However, overcoming from all – the Oo Antava actress is ready to garner her presence at the Telugu pre-release event of Vasan Bala’s Jigra. Samantha will be appearing as the chief guest at the event, as reported by 123telugu.
On the workfront, Samantha Ruth Prabhu is soon coming to cheer up fans with Citadel – the sequel to the Priyanka Chopra starrer. Alia Bhatt is way too excited for her film Jigra, as the story holds a special heart in her heart.
