Meghan Markle is all smiles as she heads for a stroll with baby Archie and their two pet dogs. The Markle seems to be enjoying her freedom to do whatever she wants as and when she pleases as she is now no longer a working member of the British Royal Family.
The former Suits star went on a hike in Horth Hill Regional Park outside Vancouver on the 20th of January, 2020. Meghan carried her son with Prince Harry, eight-month-old son Archibald, who was strapped up to her body along with black lab Oz and beagle Guy. Markle is said to have adopted Guy before she married Prince Harry in 2018.
Meghan looked happier than ever and was seen donning black leggings and a jacket paired with brown lace-up boots to keep her warm during the foggy weather. She also wore a beanie and braided her hair down looking stunning as usual. Two security officers were spotted looking after the security of Meghan, Archie and their little canine friends as they walked. The officers maintained a respectable distance as she took a stroll.
It’s been a few weeks since Meghan and Harry dropped the news of taking a ‘step back’ from their royal duties as senior members of the British Royal Family. The couple had released a statement which also said that they want to become financially independent and start working. They also stated that they would be splitting their time between North America and the U.K., but it seems like the couple is more than happy in Canada. The couple spent about seven weeks in a $14 million mansion loaned by a friend on Vancouver Island at the end of 2020, where they are reportedly staying at currently, once again until they find a place for themselves.
The Queen seems to be really supportive of the couple as she released a statement recently in which she said, “I am pleased that together we have found a constructive and supportive way forward for my grandson and his family. I recognize the challenges they have experienced as a result of intense scrutiny over the last two years and support their wish for a more independent life.” She further added that Harry, Meghan and their son Archie are “much loved” member of her family.
A statement from the Buckingham Palace also stated that Harry and Meghan will stop using their HRH titles as, “they are no longer working members of the Royal Family.”
