‘Dune: Prophecy’ First Teaser Is Out With A Bang!

The endeavour comes after the enormous box office success of Dune: Part Two which has brought in $710 million globally.

The first look teaser trailer of Dune: Prophecy, which is bringing a sci-fi odyssey written by author Frank Herbert to small screens this autumn, is now out. The visual was initially screened on Wednesday during Warner Bros. Discovery Upfront presentation in New York City.

The official description of the video reads, “10,000 years before the ascension of Paul Atreides, Dune: Prophecy follows two Harkonnen sisters as they combat forces that threaten the future of humankind, and establish the fabled sect that will become known as the Bene Gesserit.”

Inspired by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson’s novel Sisterhood of Dune, Dune: Prophecy has six episodes in its inaugural season. Dune: The Sisterhood was the initial name of the television program. The endeavour comes after the enormous box office success of Dune: Part Two, which has brought in $710 million globally. Max co-produces the show with Legendary Television.

The highly anticipated venture features Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, Travis Fimmel, Jodhi May, Mark Strong, Sarah-Sofie Boussnina, Josh Heuston, Chloe Lea, Jade Anouka, Faoileann Cunningham, Edward Davis,Chris Mason, Shalom Brune-Franklin, Jihae, Tabu and Jessica Barden in pivotal roles.
