Bigg Boss 18 contestants have ousted Digvijay Rathee in an announced task by Bigg Boss, leading to his unexpected exit from the show. Via several online pages, and also as shown on the live feed, it was reported that Digvijay Rathee, the first-wild card entry will be seen leaving the house, after Shrutika Arjun was asked to rank the Bottom-6 contestants. Bigg Boss mentioned that the contestant ranked last would be face immediate eviction from the show. The voting unfolded as follows: Yamini Malhotra received nominations from Chum Darang, Karanveer Mehra, and Chahat Pandey, while Shilpa Shirodkar nominated Eiden Rose. However, Digvijay bore the brunt of the majority, with Rajat, Vivian Dsena, Avinash Mishra, Sara, Arfeen Khan, Kashish Kapoor, Eisha Singh, Edin, and Yamini all voting for his eviction.

This shocking elimination has sparked an online controversy where Digvijay Rathee fans are consistenly expressing their disbelief on the news. Many called it an unfair decision, while others stressed on the fact that makers were always biased with the contestant, and never wanted him to stay. As soon as the news went viral on X, a user commented as a reply to one of the Bigg Boss 18 page as, “I don’t know what was the purpose of calling #DigvijayRathee a wild card if Bigg Boss had to bully him for the whole season & evict him like this? Another individual wrote that Digvijay Rathee was always bullied into the house and stated that the eviction was utterly heartbreaking.
