Anees Bazmee is one such director who entertained his audiences with a number of hilarious comedy films, like ‘Welcome’, ‘No Problem’, ‘No Entry’, ‘Singh Is Kinng’ and many more. A couple of years ago, he made a franchise film with all the new cast and people just went gaga over it. It was none other than ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 starring Kartik Aaryan, was released post pandemic in 2022. People were a little hesitant to go to theatres at that time. But still, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 managed to stand and became the most successful film of the year. Looking at the love film received, director Anees Bazmee announced Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 which is under production and its star cast is now the topic of town.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 made headlines ahead of its release due to its cast. Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan & Triptii Dimri will be seen in the third part of Bhool Bhulaiyaa. But there are many names popping up which could be part of this franchise. In an exclusive conversation with Lehren, the No Entry director talked about the cast. When he was asked whether Madhuri Dixit would be part of this film, he replied with a very diplomatic answer. He said, “Madhuri Ji ke saath kise kam nahi karna? She is such a brilliant actor. I will be very happy agar unke saath kuch kam karne ka mauka mile (Who doesn’t want to work with Madhuri? She is such a brilliant actor. I will be very happy if I get a chance to work with her).” Anees Bazmee tried to keep it undercover. But when he was specifically asked about Madhuri in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 he replied, “I don’t know.” He continued ahead, “Iss films se bahot saari chizen judi hui hai. Jo jo actors ho rahe hain, unko humne announce kiya hain (there are too many things connected to the film. We have announced all those who are part of this film).”
His script is still in process; it’s developing. And thus anything can happen in the world of Bhool Bhulaiyaa. Even Bhool Bhulaiyaa actor Akshay Kumar could appear in the third part too. In that conversation, the director said while laughing, “Meine sunna Naseer Bhai (Naseeruddin Shah) bhi hain.” And thus the Welcome Back director is keeping his cards close to his chest. So there is a high chance that Madhuri Dixit could be part of this film.
