Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at her Bandra apartment in Mumbai on Sunday. Following their civil wedding, the couple hosted a lavish reception at Bastian in Dadar. The star-studded event saw attendees such as Anil Kapoor, Kajol, Chunky Panday, Huma Qureshi, and Saqib Saleem. Other notable guests included Vidya Balan with Siddharth Roy Kapur, Aditi Rao Hydari with Siddharth, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Arbaaz Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Raveena Tandon, and veteran actress Saira Banu.
For the celebration, the newlyweds donned traditional attire, with Sonakshi looking stunning in a red saree, complete with sindoor and red choora, while Zaheer opted for a white kurta set. The couple made a grand entrance, walking hand-in-hand and happily posing for the cameras.
Anil Kapoor arrived in a suit, while Chunky Panday sported a blue blazer. The two posed together for the paparazzi.
Sonakshi’s best friend, Huma Qureshi, looked stunning in a white ensemble.
Kajol looked radiant in a saree, beaming for the camera.
Tabu also arrived at Sonakshi and Zaheer’s wedding reception donned in a pink ensemble.
Bollywood veteran Rekha arrived at the event in a golden ensemble.
Sonakshi’s Dabangg co-star Salman Khan also arrived at the event, however, he avoided posing for the paps during the event.
Apart from them, the event was also graced by Yo Yo Honey Singh, Anushka Ranjan, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Sharmin Segal and her husband Aman Mehta, Saqib Saleem, Gulshan Devaiah, Kallirroi Tziafeta, and Zoya Murani. Additionally, Aanand L Rai, Reema Kagti, Subhash Ghai, Daisy Shah, Sangeeta Bijlani, Ramesh Sippy, and Fardeen Khan were spotted among the guests.
