Shatrughan Sinha has put an end to the rumors of a rift with his daughter, Sonakshi Sinha, regarding her marriage. On Thursday, the veteran actor-turned-politician was seen posing with Sonakshi’s fiancé, Zaheer Iqbal, and his family. Shatrughan and his wife, Poonam Sinha, were photographed leaving Zaheer’s house around midnight on Friday. Speculations had been circulating that Sonakshi’s family was displeased with her sudden wedding plans with Zaheer. However, the recent photos and videos have definitively quashed these rumors.
Shatrughan Sinha joyfully posed with Zaheer after visiting his family at their Mumbai home. He shared a warm hug with the groom-to-be and humorously told the photographers, “Khamosh.” Clearly in high spirits, Shatrughan waved at the photographers before getting into his car.
Recently Shatrughan Sinha addressed the rumors and criticized those spreading “false information” about his daughter’s wedding stating that they were in a stalemate. Speaking to Zoom, Shatrughan Sinha addressed the rumors and said, “Tell me, whose life is it anyway? It’s just the life of my only daughter Sonakshi, whom I’m very proud of and immensely fond of,”
Confirming that he will attend Sonakshi’s wedding, he said, “She calls me the pillar of her strength. I will be there at the wedding, certainly. Why shouldn’t I and why won’t I?”
Putting an end to the rumors once and for all he added, “Those who are coming out with fake news are just sounding very frustrated with this joyous occasion as they are spreading nothing but lies. I’d like to caution them with my signature dialogue: Khamosh, it’s none of your business.”
