Bollywood industry is left in an utter shock after the sudden demise of veteran actor Rishi Kapoor. B-town fraternity mourned on the death of the late actor who took his last breath on April 30, 2020, in Mumbai. After fighting a 2-year long battle with leukemia Rishi Kapoor surrendered and succumbed to death.
Actor Sanjay Dutt was amongst other Bollywood celebs that extended condolences to the Kapoor family. The Vaastav actor said that it will take time for the fact to sink in that Rishi Kapoor is no more.
Sanjay Dutt penned down an emotional note for the late actor as he refers to him as his elder brother. He wrote, “One thing that Chintu Sir taught me was to always do things with a smile on our face! It’s going to take some time to sink in that Chintu Sir is not with us anymore. He has always been an elder brother to me. Can’t believe he is gone.”
In the throwback pictures shared by Sanjay Dutt, we can see him hugging the late actor and his son Ranbir Kapoor with all smiles.
On the work front, Sanjay Dutt and Rishi Kapoor shared the screen space in movies like Hathyara, Sahibaan, and Agneepath. Their pairing on-screen was a treat to the eyes.
Bollywood industry is doomed at the loss of such a great talent and Rishi Kapoor’s films will forever be cherished by his fans.
Speaking of Rishi Kapoor, the late actor made his debut in 1973 with Bobby. The film was an instant hit amongst the youngsters and Rishi Kapoor became an overnight star. Later he got out of his chocolate boy image and played a villain in the late 2000s movies and still managed to captivate the audience with his charm and credible acting skills.
