‘Money Hai Toh Honey Hai’: “Jappi Pa..” With Govinda, Hansika Motwani, Manoj Bhajpayee, Celina Jaitly & Others

‘Money Hai Toh Honey Hai’ stars the beloved Govinda, along with Hansika Motwani, Celina Jaitly, Manoj Bajpayee, Aftab Shivdasani, Upen Patel and Ravi Kishan, with Prem Chopra in a supporting role. This comedy, released in 2008, was directed by the prominent choreographer turned filmmaker Ganesh Acharya. Known for his slapstick choreography, Acharya brought his unique touch to the film, particularly in the entertaining song ‘Rangeeli Raat.’ Lehren has bought you an exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of this track.

The ensemble cast is seen having a blast while shooting for the track, wholeheartedly grooving to “O aithe aa jhappi pa…” When asked about the amusing dance steps, Govinda, known for his unique dance skills and entertaining expressions, said, “Entertaining! Entertaining!” He further added, “Whatever the director assigns me, I do it by listening to his point of view and understanding what he exactly needs. I deliver the way a professional actor should work.” Agreeing with the film’s title, the actor remarked, “Definitely, Money Hai Toh Honey Hai,” highlighting, “Money is an important factor.”

Celina Jaitly, sharing insights about her fashion designer character, spoke about the song, saying, “It’s a song that will be played on several occasions and festivals,” as she tapped her feet with joy.

Additionally, Daisy Shah, an assistant choreographer turned actress, is spotted directing the artists with dance moves. For those unaware, the model-actress worked as an assistant choreographer for Ganesh Acharya before getting her film breakthrough in the Kannada movie ‘Bhadra’ (2011). She later debuted in Bollywood alongside superstar Salman Khan in ‘Jai Ho’ (2014).

‘Money Hai Toh Honey Hai’ was produced under the banner of Big Screen Entertainment by Kumar Mangat Pathak, with the story written by Muazzam Beg. The music was composed by Nitz ‘N’ Sony (Nitin Arora and Sony Chandy).
