Taking a trip down the memory lane, he spoke about the time when both him and SRK used to smoke cigarette and beedis together in their adolescent days and also mentioned that it was the global king of romance Shah Rukh Khan who took him to a discotheque for first time in Delhi since they both were part of Barry John’s theatre group there.
In this interview, Manoj speaking about the memorable incident about their adolescent days said, “He was the only one who used to come in Maruti Van. In those days a Maruti Van, red colour, I still remember. He is the one who has taken me to a discotheque for the first time in Taj in Delhi. I mean we were very young, we had kind of just gotten out of our adolescent age and we met. He was part of Barry John’s group for some time”.
He furthermore also mentioning about how Shah Rukh was always a charmer who was popular amongst girls added, “We used to share cigarettes, beedis, whatever we could afford. He was always a charmer, always very popular with the girls in the group which we invaded. He always had his way with words”.
Meanwhile, Zubeida (2001) fame Manoj Bajpayee is gearing up for the much-anticipated series, The Family Man 2 whose trailer was released few days back which has been lauded and deemed as a hit by the audiences, fans and netizens who are totally thrilled for watching the second season of The Family Man (Amazon Prime Video, 2019) which is going to stream nationally from 4th June and as of now, Manoj is totally busy in promoting The Family Man 2 which has been helmed by Raj Ndimoru and Krishna DK.
