The most-awaited film of Kajol and Prabhudeva, finally revealed its title and teaser today. The film ‘Maharagni’ is an action drama where Kajol will be seen ruling the screen with her boss lady impression. As director Charan Tej Uppalapati said in an interview with HT, Kajol is doing complete action for the first time, and it’s indeed enthralling to watch Kuch Kuch Hota Hai actress slay in an action movie.
The teaser opens with an airport scene where Prabhu Deva is seen in the dashing role of some don. Samyuktha is shown in a sizzling yet powerful role. She has a close connection to commercial car racing. Nasseruddin Shah, portraying the role of a father, is at the last stage of his life. As the director mentioned earlier that Samyuktha and Kajol’s characters’ bond is crucial to the film, the teaser drops slight hints regarding the same. There are quick blinks of two little girls inside the jail. Kajol makes a grand entry in a Mercedes, dazzles in a red-hot long blazer suit. With a fearless attitude, she fights with some evil people at Maa Durga’s festival; says, “Power maang ke nahin, chhin ke lee jati hain.”
Well, the one-minute, thirty seven-second trailer seems interesting. But it doesn’t give any connection between the four different characters in the movie ‘Maharagni’. One can’t depict the story at all by watching the teaser. But Kajol will meet her fans in a whole different era, for sure. The teaser has given the introduction of the four main lead characters of the story, but there are no further updates regarding the release.
