Directed by Nag Ashwin, the epic dystopian science fiction action film, “Kalki 2898 AD” was finally released in the theatres today on 27 June. Starring Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, and Kamal Haasan, the film opened up to positive reviews from moviegoers. However, just hours after the theatrical release the film unfortunately became a victim of piracy and got leaked on several torrent sites.

“Kalki 2898 AD” is set in a dystopian future where Supreme Yaskin (Kamal Haasan) extracts fetuses from pregnant women to prolong his life with a serum. Sumathi, aka SUM-80 (Deepika Padukone), is carrying Kalki. Bhairava (Prabhas), a bounty hunter, pursues her for rewards, while Ashwatthama (Amitabh Bachchan), a formidable warrior, safeguards her. Their tale unfolds in the perilous world of 2898 AD.

Unfortunately, just hours into the release the film has now been leaked on several torrent sites where people can watch and download the full movie online for free. Nag Ashwin’s “Kalki 2898 AD” was leaked on torrent sites like Filmyzilla, mp4moviez, and other sites. The leak can adversely affect the box office collection of the film.
