Kalki2898ADBoxOffice: Nag Ashwin’s dystopian science fiction action film, “Kalki 2898 AD” registered a “blockbuster” opening at the box office, becoming the 3rd biggest opening Indian film ever. After registering a shattering opening the film did a decent business in the theatres during the weekend. However, Prabhas-Deepika starrer Kalki 2898 AD witnessed a huge drop on Monday. The film dipped even further on Tuesday. However, despite the huge drop the film has managed to cross the 300cr mark domestically and 500cr mark globally at the box office. Kalki 2898 AD Box Office Collection Day 6
As per Sacnilk, Kalki 2898 AD earned a solid ₹ 95.3 Cr on its opening day domestically. The film witnessed a huge drop on Friday earning ₹ 59.3 Cr. However, the film gained momentum during the weekend earning ₹ 66.2 Cr on Saturday and ₹ 88.2 Cr on Sunday.

Unfortunately, the film experienced a sharp decline in earnings on Monday, minting a total ₹ 34.15 Cr on day 5. Starring Deepika and Prabhas, Kalki dropped even further on Tuesday earning ₹ 27.85 Cr. Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD now stands at a domestic box office total of ₹ 371 Cr and a worldwide box office total of approx. ₹570 crore.

The film is expected to cross the 400cr mark domestically and 600Cr mark globally by the end of Wednesday, which also marks the end of the film’s first week at the box office.
