1. 72 Hoorain
72 Hoorain is directed by two-time National award winner Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan and co-produced by Ashoke Pandit. The film examines the real consequences of violent extremism. It delves into the depths of the human psyche and explores the twisted paths taken by Fidayeens just to meet 72 virgins. This film is making headlines for its controversial nature.

2. Neeyat
Neeyat is an upcoming mystery film featuring Vidya Balan, Ram Kapoor and Rahul Bose. Vidya will be seen playing a detective in the film who tries to solve a mysterious murder. Fans are quite excited for this film as Vidya Balan is returning to the big screens after 4 years. Her last theatrical release was Mission Mangal in 2019. Ever since then, she has been seen in OTT films Sherni and Jalsa. This film will initially release in theatres and will be later released on Amazon Prime Video.

3. Ajmer 92
This film is based on the 1992 Ajmer Rape Case. It will showcase how a group of young men from the Khadim family who were responsible for the caretaking of the Ajmer Sharif Dargah, gang-raped and blackmailed over 250 Non-Muslim girls including minors repeatedly for over several years. Many Islamic organisations have called for a ban on the film citing that it will cause unrest in the society.

4. Bawaal
Bawaal is an upcoming action and romance film featuring Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor. It is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and the makers have planned to release the film on OTT in July.

5. Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani
Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is an upcoming family drama and romantic film featuring Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. The film marks Karan Johar’s return to direction after 7 years. The popular jodi of Alia and Ranveer who earlier impressed in Gully Boy will be back to theatres soon.
